Alberto Quintas Seara
Degree in Law (Extraordinary Award), Degree in Business Administration and Management (Extraordinary Award), Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advising, and PhD in Law (cum laude and International Doctorate mention) from the University of A Coruña.
Teaching experience
He is currently an Assistant Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the University of A Coruña. He is also member of the research group “Global Public Law”.
Previously, he held a University Teaching and Research Fellowship (FPU fellowship) granted by the Spanish Ministry of Education. He was also a pre-doctoral researcher under the Galician Plan for Research, Innovation and Growth 2011-2015 (I2C Plan), funded by Regional Government of Galicia.
His teaching activity is mainly linked to the University of A Coruña, where he has taught subjects in the field of Financial and Tax Law, both at Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree programmes.
Research activity
Author of two monographs and several scientific articles in national and foreign journals.
Speaker at various scientific events organised in the field of his speciality, both nationally and internationally.
He has carried out research stays in centres of recognised prestige, such as the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation, the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, and the University of Oxford.
