Jaime Rodríguez-Arana, Honorary Professor at the Catholic University of Uruguay. Next May 31 the Director of the research group “Global Public Law” will be appointed Honorary Professor by the Rector of the Catholic University of the Republic of Uruguay, a proposal from the Department of Administrative Law of this University.
