Jaime Rodríguez-Arana, President of the Ibero-American Forum of Administrative Law, together with the Rector of The Colombian University of Rosario, Jose Manuel Restrepo will open the sessions of the XV Iberoamerican Forum of Administrative Law, to be held at the University of Bogota on 24th and 25th October 25 of the current year.
