CDPC – Conference – debate on the independence of Judges – 26th November , 2015.

Next 26th November 2015, the CDPC will organize a panel discussion under the chairmanship of Mr Guy Canivet, member of the Constitutional Council, on the independence of the Judge.

It will be held in the Center Hall, Salle des Conseils (esc. K) from 14 am to 17h. The speakers will be:

Spain: Luis María Díez – Picazo, Judge of the Spanish Supreme Court
France: André LUDET, the Court of Cassation Germany: Ms Anja Seibert – Fohr, Professor of International Law and Human Rights Law at the University of Göttingen
Vice-chairman of Italy´s UN Human Rights: Mr Nicolo Zanon, Judge of the Italian Constitutional Court.
