He is also member of the research group \u201cGlobal Public Law\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, he held a University Teaching and Research Fellowship (FPU fellowship) granted by the Spanish Ministry of Education. He was also a pre-doctoral researcher under the Galician Plan for Research, Innovation and Growth 2011-2015 (I2C Plan), funded by Regional Government of Galicia.<\/p>\n<p>His teaching activity is mainly linked to the University of A Coru\u00f1a, where he has taught subjects in the field of Financial and Tax Law, both at Bachelor\u2019s Degree and Master\u2019s Degree programmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Research activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Author of two monographs and several scientific articles in national and foreign journals.<\/p>\n<p>Speaker at various scientific events organised in the field of his speciality, both nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>He has carried out research stays in centres of recognised prestige, such as the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation, the University Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne, the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, and the University of Oxford.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specialisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>European Union Tax Law.<\/p>\n<p>Taxation of corporate reorganisations.<\/p>\n<p>Cooperative tax compliance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dialnet.unirioja.es\/servlet\/autor?codigo=3083581\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Selected publications<\/strong><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Education Degree in Law (Extraordinary Award), Degree in Business Administration and Management (Extraordinary Award), Master&#8217;s Degree in Business Legal Advising, and PhD in Law (cum laude and International Doctorate mention) from the University of A Coru\u00f1a.
