Law degree from the University of Oviedo, Doctor of Law from the Complutense University of Madrid; Master’s in International Relations at the Autonomous University of Barcelona-“Bosch and Gimpera” Foundation; Master’s in Journalism at the Autonomous University of Madrid – EL PAIS newspaper.

Professional career:
Press Officer of the CDS Parliamentary Group at the Congress of Deputies (1991-1993).
Deputy Director General of Development and Coordination of Religious Liberty, Ministry of Justice (2006-2010).
He currently teaches at the University of A Coruña.

Main lines of research:
Fundamental Rights
Church-State Relations.
